Bambusa accidentally shipped the wrong order and I called to enquire, the very next day Someone personally came to my house to swap the item over to the correct item. I've rotated between my bamboo and linen sheets for the last few years and have only now decided to stick with bamboo year-round. I ordered the flat sheets, pillowcases and duvets. I love all the products, they are buttery soft and the colours are exactly as described. Customer service was excellent; I was contacted that one of the duvets I ordered wasn't up to standard and if I would accept an alternative colour - I appreciate the attention to detail and communication was excellent.
